Women's health
I have a particular interest in supporting women through the emotional and psychological challenges associated with hormonal change, including premenstrural syndromes (PMS/PMDD), perimenopuase and menopause.
Alongside traditional Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I draw on the EMBERS framework, a unique, evidence-based approach developed by the Menopause CBT Clinic®, to help women better understand and manage mood changes, anxiety, low self-esteem, sleep issues, and more. My aim is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where you can regain balance, confidence, and control during this important stage of life.

I also have a strong interest in working with neurodivergent women, recognising that hormonal transitions can present unique challenges. I am currently undertaking research at Masters level, focusing on the relationship between hormonal changes in women with ADHD.

My aim is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to regain balance and confidence.
